Hey everyone!! Happy Wednesday and welcome back to another day of Haute Take!!!
So today is blogmas day 5, and I don't know about you guys, but I am feeling super in the Christmas spirit today. Walking around and seeing Christmas lights and decorations on every house brings such light to my life and makes me so happy. I also particularly noticed how differently people decorate for Christmas. So as I sat down to write today’s blog, I felt drawn to the idea of all the different ways that people decorate for Christmas. There is just so many vibes that you can lean into, whether that be the ever-so-popular “Ralph Lauren” Christmas, the newly popular “Beige Christmas”, or the classic “Nostalgic Christmas”. Now, these types of people each have their own aesthetic (aka outfit), that will perfectly match their vibe for this year, so I thought, why not give you guys some ideas?
Ralph Lauren Christmas

First up, we have Ralph Lauren Christmas. This is classy and preppy, blending traditional Christmas colors and hominess with a cozy yet expensive feel. They would wear a cream sweater, deep red jacket, and green-and-red plaid skirt to feel timeless, finished with cream kitten heels for a polished touch.

Traditional Red Christmas

Traditional Red Christmas is the ultimate classic holiday look: festive, bold, and elegant. A red chunky knit sweater paired with a white satin maxi skirt and matching headband, red kitten heels, and gold jewelry gives chic, well-dressed Santa.

White Christmas

White Christmas is bougee to the max, and effortless, like the perfectly put-together rich mom aesthetic. A flowy white blouse with tailored white trousers, white kitten heels, and silver jewelry keeps the look clean and timeless.

Beige Christmas

Beige Christmas, which is probably my least favorite of the styles, (sorry it’s kind of boring hehe) is all about the aesthetic and perfectly coordinated neutrals. They would wear a cream jacket, tan bottoms, tan boots, and gold jewelry, and loves a good Instagram post.

Nostalgic Christmas

Nostalgic Christmas is cozy, warm, and full of childhood comfort. An ugly-but-cute sweater, comfy pants, sneakers, and fun earrings make this look feel relaxed and joyful and bring back feelings of childhood comfort.

Gold & Champagne Christmas

Gold & Champagne Christmas is glamorous and untouchable, like a house you walk into and you’re scared to touch anything. They would wear a champagne satin dress, faux fur jacket, and all-gold accessories to make it effortlessly luxurious.

So there you have it everyone! Your holiday look to match Christmas decoration vibes for this year 😊 I hope you guys enjoyed today’s blogmas!! Come back tomorrow for day 6!!! Until next time 🥂
Xoxo,
Leah <3
